I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a light-worker. A light-worker’s journey is a personal one. Every path that is taken is their own. My route has been off the beaten path exploring where others fear to tread or where there was no path at all. As a child, I grew up knowing things I shouldn’t and generally avoided large crowds of people due to my empathic abilities. Now as an adult, I have realized my gifts and have opened up to helping others discover and claim theirs.

Some would say I’m psychic, others a medium, others a healer, a mother, friend and wife. All of these things describe me but we are all so much more than labels. I strive to help others along their journey, to figure out their place in the world and how to help themselves to connect to the inner part we so often ignore. The body speaks to us in many ways just as our mind influences our bodies. So what we think we become, what we feel we manifest and what we do creates our reality.

Psychosomatic Energetic (PSE) Theory is based on the knowledge that a harmonious and free flowing energy is important for mental, emotional and physical health. According to PSE, subtle energy flows through the body and is the source of health, vitality and well-being. When this free flowing energy is reduced or blocked due to subconscious unresolved emotional issues, it becomes the source of illness causing physical, mental and/or emotional issues.
With Rubimed Therapy, unresolved emotional conflicts are tested and then resolved using unique natural remedies which restore health and wellbeing on all levels. The Reba Device is used to test an individuals energy levels. They are measured according to their physical, emotional and mental and casual states of health. The Reba device is also able to determine the active emotional issue and the hidden background causes of their symptoms. Individualized and appropriate natural remedies are selected based on your test results.
In this process-based therapy, the remedies will serve to dissolve the emotional blocks, restore the energy flow, revitalize life energy and begin the self healing journey.

What exactly is Reiki and how will this help me?
Reiki is universal life force energy (sometimes called prana or chi). Reiki has been described as the art of correcting energetic defects in the energy field and physical body. In Reiki, the practitioner seeks to restore the flow of the energy to its strong, natural and healthy state and corrects any defects that are present, thereby helping to restore and maintain health to the body, emotions, mind and spirit to all levels of being. Additionally, the activities of the practitioner are beneficial simply because they enhance the entire life process of the patient, enhancing functioning of body, mind, spirit, and enabling the patient to live a healthier, more balanced and fulfilling life.
Balancing and clearing the energetic body (this includes the chakras and the aura) is only a part of what I do during a session. Most sessions include: acknowledging and connecting with a spirit animal (if that animal chooses to), sound healing with bowls, crystals, releasing past life patterns/trauma (if that is shown), and connection with deceased loved ones (if they choose to). Also included are suggestions/tools to help the client move forward on their journey. NOTE: The techniques that I use are not used in traditional Reiki treatments. I use what I am guided to for the highest good of the client. All sessions are 2 hours.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST)
It is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique. The theory behind CST is that therapists using their hands, are able to detect disturbances in the cranial sacral rhythm to help identify areas of dysfunction and help to correct these disturbances so the body can heal itself naturally. A therapist gently works with the whole body including the spine and the skull, and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia.
REFLEXOLOGY (FOOT)
Reflexology is a hands on healing method which uses pressure and massage on certain reflex points on the feet and hands. Reflexology teaches that energy flows throughout the body and organs, and if it is blocked, it can cause an imbalance in the body systems. By massaging these certain points on the feet that correspond with the organs, the practitioner can remove energy blockages and resume energy flow. With free flowing energy resumed, the body can naturally heal itself.
ANGEL CARD READINGS
Using different cards decks, depending on the guidance received, I answer questions proposed by the client. These decks are simply tools used to focus the energy and help give a client a clearer picture of the message to be received. Group sessions are available.
